Running Stitch Napkins
A timeless set of napkins woven with Duet Cotton/Linen in two contrasting hues. Color-and-weave is used here to create a pattern reminiscent of hand-stitched or quilted fabrics. Order a kit.
I just love the look of these napkins and I think they will make a nice gift. I'm looking forward to having the time again to do more weaving.
Very helpful notes…Thank You
I loved these napkins! They are easy to weave and ended up going to a good friend as a birthday gift. I did think that they are far too small to use as a dinner napkin so I made them larger than the pattern indicated.
This is a great kit. I am still weaving these napkins and they are coming out beautiful. The colors are wonderful and the cotton/linen fiber has a great feel. I can't wait to set the table with my new napkins. A good project for someone with limited experience.
This is a review for the yarn. I am a new-ish weaver, working on a RHL, I found the yarn split easily, especially when slaying the heddle. Ultimately, with the split yarn and keeping adequate tension across the warp, I had 2 broken warp threads. The Upside, I am now comfortable repairing a broken warp thread.
