Returns and Exchanges

We know that it can be tricky shopping for yarn and fiber online! There's just no substitute for squeezing a cone of yarn and seeing exactly how the color looks next to everything else in your stash.

Yarn Returns

If the yarn you receive isn't what you were expecting, send us an email to hello@gistyarn.com and let us know what you'd like to return, and whether you'd prefer to exchange, a refund, or store credit. After emailing us about your return, pop it back in the box it came in, write your order number on the outside of the package, and mail it to: Gist Yarn, 801 Commerce St., Sinking Spring, PA 19608. Once we receive it back, we will send an exchange, issue a store credit, or issue a refund, depending on your preference. 

Yarn must be returned within 14 days of receipt, in their original and unused condition. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Loom and Equipment Returns

Looms, stands, and reeds are shipped directly from the manufacturer and are not returnable. (If your weaving equipment arrives damaged, we will provide replacement parts - please contact us immediately if something was damaged in transit.) Please make sure when you are purchasing weaving accessories that you are positive that they match your loom size - we are always happy to help you out with any questions!

Pattern Returns

Patterns are delivered immediately by email as a PDF download. Because patterns are a digital product and you will immediately have the digital file, they are not refundable.
