Lovely, but

I know colours vary greatly by monitor to monitor, but I ordered one cone of this just to see the difference, and get a feel for the yarn before I went all in.
I ordered the darkest of the periwinkle and it's Barney the Dinosaur Purple - grape sugar drink purple. I'm kind of shocked as it's not even close to the screen colour. I double checked the label and it says periwinkle, but OH MY.
I'm still going to use it to test it for sett and bloom, but wowsers. I might have to bite the bullet and get the color card so I don't make another mistake.
It has a wonderful feel to it.

Beautiful color, outstanding quality!

This is the second set of Array wool tapestry yarn I have purchased and I am very pleased with the colors and quality. I have been weaving small tapestries and this wool yarn is perfect for 8 EPI I am weaving at. I highly recommend this yarn!

Array is a delight to weave with

Array is my favorite tapestry yarn, it’s so soft and bundles so well in my tapestries. The range of colors is generous and Sapphire is no exception. You will enjoy this yarn!

Array yarn

I am using the Array yarn in my tapestry of 8 dpi. The colors are as depicted and are lovely. The Array is a sturdy wool yarn that holds up well and offers great definition to what I am depicting in my work. This yarn covers the warp yarns nicely and forms a uniform area of color. It is a fine yarn, so it does take a bit longer for coverage but well worth it. The colors also blend well when twisted together. All in all a great yarn and great range of colors.
