Modified the pattern

I am new to my rigid heddle loom. I modified this pattern as I couldn’t quite execute all four squares across the warp. I just did stripes and love how it turned out. Learned a lot and will attempt the squares at a later date. Thanks for the inspiration!

Square Rug With Loops

I love Gist weaving patterns! I’ve downloaded many and each pattern is very detailed and easy to follow. This was my first time using “looping”, and it has inspired me to try the technique weaving a monogrammed pillow top. Gist patterns give me the confidence to try new techniques thus expanding my weaving knowledge.

Squarish Rug

I loved this pattern! I made it as a blanket for my daughter with merino wool and different colors of Malabrigo Rios for the squares. The pattern was easy to follow and to adjust.

Great Design

I downloaded the pattern while I was traveling and haven’t had a chance to actually weave it yet. The instructions seem very clear and the design is lovely.
