    So many colors!!!

I am a newish tapestry weaver. I was looking for great yarn, single ply for bundling, that is not super smooth - a softer, 'grabbier' yarn. That's exactly what I found in Gist array yarn - and in so many colors! I love that there is a small size - helps when trying to blend 2 or 3 together for that perfect hue. My only small complaint is that popular colors are sometimes unavailable, but I understand that it's hard to keep up. Thank you!

    Love this yarn for tapestry

As a beginner tapestry weaver, I have come to enjoy this yarn. I use it 3 strands at 8 EPI and can do color transitions using weft bundles. There is a diverse range of colors that facilitates color blending. I purchase the smaller spools which allow me to develop a yarn stash of color at an affordable price. I have also used Shetland, but find I prefer Array. Would strongly recommend this yarn.

    Shadows

I love Array yarns, right now I’m working on a piece with lots of shadows and the variations in one color line is perfect.

I really like the color and how it is weaving up with my tapestry loom. I look forward to trying more colors and combining and blending them.
