This minimalist take on Color-and-Weave alternates three colors in the warp and weft to create pattern blocks of dots, dashes and stripes. Like a cozy blanket for your shoulders, this oversized wrap weaves up quickly and is thin enough to fold without getting bulky. Order a kit.

Warp: Ode Alpaca, 210 yds Shadow, 155 yds Fawn, 155 yds Cream.Weft: Ode Alpaca, 230 yds Shadow, 100 yds Fawn, 100 yds Cream.

A big shout out to Anna at Gist Yarn for her patience in helping me understand the warping for this wrap. Once I got the warp figured out and on the loom the weaving went very quickly. It’s a beautiful large cozy wrap for Vermont winter months.

I have a lot of leftover yarn and decided to give this a try. I had to make some adjustments - both for width and length - because I wasn't sure I would have enough yarn. The instructions were very clear and the weavi6exoerience very nice.

Just finished this in a blue colorway (Obsidian, Daylight, Cream). Modified for a 20" RH loom by removing 2 ends from each of the 4 narrow stripes and 6 ends from each of the 3 wide stripes. The Ode was a delight to weave with, and it turned out beautiful! Very drapey, but substantial in weight. Thanks for such a beautiful pattern! NOTE: These pictures make it look a little gray - it is bluer in real life.
