Brick & Mortar Scarf
A cozy, oversized scarf woven from our Mallo cotton slub yarn. Order a kit.
This makes a very nice scarf with an interesting texture, however, it is VERY heavy. I made this for a friend and she can wear it about two times a year when it gets cold enough.
I used the warp as printed but was unhappy with the tie up. I used a traditional twill tie up and am happy with the results!

Just finished weaving my brick & mortar scarf. I was a little uncertain about the big floats but it was no problem at all. The floats give the scarf such wonderful texture and interest. Love it. Highly recommend this kit. Also the brick color is fantastic.
