Not enough yarn in kit

I ran out of tabby yarn too and ended up with a 60-inch scarf, but that was my fault. I did not pay attention to the ppi in the design. To achieve 13 pattern ppi requires a VERY GENTLE beat. My on-loom pattern ppi was closer to 17. I did not realize that until I was too far into the project to undo everything.

Love overshot

This pattern was a fun and enjoyable weave. Unfortunately there were many knots in the Array (warp) which led to wasted yardage. I ran short with it as the tabby weft, and ended up making 62" scarf as opposed to the 71" that the pattern specified. Really liked the Ode and will work with it again. Overall very happy with the finished piece but a little disappointed with the shortage as the kit was quite expensive.
