Loved weaving this, seeing the plaited twill come out. Love these colors, too. I think my beat got slightly lighter as I went, so I'll keep a close eye on that next time.

Love this plaited twill pattern! Making red white and blue towels for 250th USA celebration! Selected cardinal, cobalt, and natural. The cobalt looks purplish blue on the cone but once it's next to the red it shows as a perfect blue!

I just finished my 6th set of these towels (maybe 7th -- I've lost track). Needless to say, it has become a favorite of mine. It's easy, fast, fun to weave, and SO pretty. They made really pretty Christmas gifts in red and green. I highly recommend this pattern.

Well written directions, easy to follow! Warp is wound in red, white and blue…will be towels for my daughter-in-law about to become a citizen. The red may bleed…they will be kitchen towels, still functional and made with love.
