Beam 3/4 is a chunky yarn; it works particularly well for pot holders, trivets, placemats, and as overshot pattern weft when paired with its siblings Beam 8/2 and 3/2. This is a beautiful yarn! I expected the cone to be full-sized, but it is smaller. I must not have read the specs correctly. Glad I bought 2 cones.
