I first came across the bobbin winder in a weaving class and was not impressed but then I read the positive reviews on this particular product and ordered it. So happy and very impressed with how easy it is. I keep it on my table. Highly recommend
After getting clear and helpful responses to my questions about the use of boat shuttles with rigid heddle looms I got this “bundle”. So glad I did! I just finished the first towel in the Playbox #2 and my weaving looks great! The boat shuttle allowed me to get a comfortable rhythm that wasn’t constantly interrupted by catching a warp with the ‘fork end’ of the stick shuttle and fed the weft easily. The bobbin winder was really easy to use. Thank you, Gist!
