Perfect gift for a new baby

I have woven this blanket three times now. It is a lovely, lightweight blanket perfect for a newborn in the small size. If I do it again I will probably weave the larger blanket. The small is good for a newborn, but will quickly become a stroller or car seat size blanket before long. I love this particular color combination for a boy (blue and yellowish). It is a fast and easy weave for such a beautiful outcome.

Interesting Baby Blanket

i just started weaving this blanket and am enjoying seeing the pattern show up with the change of colors in the weft. Thank you for the free pattern and the great fiber.

Perfect Kit

My beautiful loom has been idle for an embarrassingly long time. I’m now retired. My daughter is going to have our first grandchild and I got a bug to weave a gift from grandma. A kit. Just the thing! And there it was in just the right colors. Thank you. It’s working out beautifully. Instructions are right on and the quality is great. This was an online order. It was perfect and fast.

Sweetest little blanket

I am new to weaving. I made the smaller size of the blanket and it turned out beautifully. I used white and sage colorways from the recommended yarn type. The pattern is beautifully balanced and instructions well written. Because of my inexperience, I wasn't sure if I had enough warp left for a second blanket so I made a dishtowel :-D which I gave my Mom for Mothers Day. I think one person was concerned about the thickness. This seems to be intended to be a thinner blanket, which I have read is good for new babies. When I laundered it, it turned out very supple and soft.
