I had to use these when I broke some threads. They worked perfectly and even gave me a measure of the length of fabric woven.
For my floating selvages! Only, they were delivered with 3 hook screws so I had to come up with one that matched.

Your warp weights are awesome. But, for me the film canisters are memories. My husband worked for Kodak for 25 years so I have a few film canisters. A memory of their use and of him.
