This week on the podcast, I’m talking to Ashley Thurman and Beth Meyer from Fibreshare! Fibreshare is one of those beautiful weaving institutions that make our community so special. Founded in 2015, FibreShare is at its very basic an international yarn swap. Every few months, fibre-lovers can sign up to swap a yarn care package with a new friend, helping people meet new artists, experience new materials, and build community. I’m so excited to have Ashley and Beth on the podcast to talk about how Fibreshare got started, what it’s evolved into, and how you can get involved.
