I love this Italian cotton/linen blend. It weaves beautifully. I like it for kitchen towels as well as table linens.

Favorite Go-To Weaving Yarn

I've woven several projects with this yarn now from tea towels and table toppers to bags and even a spring scarf. It's durable and has a lovely texture to it, giving the finished product really nice depth. It's forgiving and easy to work with as both warp and weft and makes wonderful thirsty towels that dry quickly and do just fine in the wash. Love the color options too - a huge favorite!

Sunset towels

Enjoyed weaving with the Italian cotton/linen! The sunset towels turned out beautifully.

A pleasure to work with!

I used this yarn as weft for some twill towels. It wove beautifully and the towels are soft and thirsty. Very nice yarn.

Wanted to love it

It’s so soft and beautiful, but I’ve already broken three warp threads not quite halfway through a 60 inch scarf. The threads fray like mad. I got this in a Crafters Box kit and I’m just not sure I’ll ever use it as warp again. A similar but sturdier warp from Gist would be Mallo, which I am in love with.
