Lovely, nubby textured silk yarn. Lends itself to a Weaving delight. Tiny eucalyptus flower bud Ecoprinted on the woven silk noil, creates an atmosphere of a shimmering watercolor.
This silk is strong and lightweight, and served well for both warp and weft. I used a 10 reed on my rigid heddle under solid tension with no breakage. It holds its shape after wet finishing and is even softer. Will buy again!

Silk Noil weaving yarn is my go-to for all wearables. The colors are wonderful, the fibre is tough, and the feel/drape is wonderful.
I haven’t yet had a chance to use this yarn, nor the others that I purchased, but Christine was most helpful while I was making selections and the package arrived promptly. I can’t wait to finish the table runner currently on my loom and start a new project with one of these beauties.
