A delicate light gray wool weaving yarn.
This worsted weight wool yarn is durable and well suited for weaving tapestries, rugs and wall hangings.

Each 3.5 oz skein has 196 yards.
Haven't used it yet, but I love the feel of it! The project that it will be used for is a woven poncho for my husband. Can't wait, it's such a lovely yarn!!
This yarn is intended for a table runner or a rug. There are small bits of vegetable matter in the yarn. It won’t matter to the end use. Easy to pick out. The dyed color is intense. I’m a hand spinner and understand the farmers challenge to feeding the sheep and where they are raised. I love that the wool is from sheep grown here in the US!!!! I’ll be buying more of the yarn.
i bought this wool yarn in almost all the color choices, i think 1 was sold out. the tonal shadings are absolutely beautiful & made the end products just SO gorgeous! i decided to weave woven & felted coasters for inventory at 2 shops. i was able to get 8 (4.5 x 4.5 finished) out of each skein with a little left over. that enabled me to supply each shop with 4 of each color. thanks for another wonderful product!
I wove the rug kit with this wool. It is so wonderful to weave with. I like the textured color. I did weave the rug larger than the kit specified and I had to order more wool. Lesson learned. Keep the same dye lot. I removed the new skein and I adore the rug. I am making tassels with my extra skein! My spinning wheel has a place of honor on the rug.
I love this yarn! And even more, my daughter and future son-in-law love the rugs that I made from it. The color is spectacular!
