this yarn is beautiful, and fun to work with. the texture is really interesting and I am so excited for the woven panel I am working on.
I ordered some beautiful tapestry yarns at gist, the colors are beautiful, earthy and slightly heathered.
I just finished my first real weaving project. I made the rug using this yarn in the Jeans color. It came out absolutely gorgeous. it was awesome yarn to work with with. The plan was for this to be a gift but now I want to make another for myself.
Love this yarn! Used this shade of green as a stripe in jeans blue rug, with two other colored stripes (marigold and raspberry) and looked really good! This yarn is a go to yarn for all my rugs!! Weaves up beautifully!
All the rug/tapestry yarns are super! Exactly the right gauge I need for hand knotting. The colors are fantastic. The closest thing I've seen to emulate the bright natural dyes from Turkey.
